These convenient, healthy and great tasting meals save me so much time, ensuring I can still eat healthily when I'm traveling or struggling to find time for shopping and cooking myself.

I love the 6 main meals and 6 breakfast combo. It has made eating healthy so easy and I am feeling the difference in my body and energy levels.

I was moving house and knew the next few weeks would be hectic, I decided to take one chore off my list and ordered some frozen meals from theplantprep. Having delicious, healthy meals I could just grab from the freezer in the evening without having to think what will I cook after a busy day was brilliant. I ordered a selection of different meals and protein pots and each one was very tasty and portion sizes were much bigger than the packaging made them appear.
I would highly recommend theplantprep to anyone who knows they have some busy days ahead and wants to be able to grab something healthy and nutritious from the freezer.

I found Plantprep on an Instagram post from someone I knew who had used them. After recent health issues with my stomach I thought I'd try cutting a lot of things for my gut but also something convenient. I am not a vegan and have always been apprehensive on taste of vegan food I'm very fussy on flavours, textures and choice. I shouldn't have worried Plantprep's meals are absolutely delicious, full of flavour and great choices. I've ordered the protein oat pots and meal combo and have enjoyed all of them. The service is fantastic the site is easy to use, and Michelle communicated well and delivered my meals to my work next day. The meals pop straight in the freezer and reheat perfectly. I am over the moon, my stomach is better I don't have to worry about meal prep and most of all I have not missed meat. The macros are displayed on all packaging for people like myself who track them, I am full and have no cravings. A round of applause to this fantastic local company a well deserved 5 star review.
