Snicker Balls

Vegan, Gluten-Free and low FODMOP… we’ve got you all covered with these chocolate salty peanut balls. Easy peasy, only 5 ingredients and THEY TASTE INCREDIBLE!

Vegan Snicker Balls

Yields: 22 balls

Prep time: 30 minutes plus extra time for chilling between steps


  • 35g vegan spread (I used Violife spread)
  • 125g all-natural peanut butter
  • 150g coconut sugar
  • 1 cup gluten-free (low-FODMAP) crisped rice cereal
  • 150g dark chocolate


Step 1

Beat vegan spread, peanut butter and sugar in large mixing bowl until creamy. Add rice cereal and combine.

Step 2

Place bowl in refrigerator and chill until cold (About 45 minutes). Once chilled, roll into 1 inch balls and place on baking sheet.

Step 3

Chop the chocolate into small chunks and add to a heat-proof bowl. Melting the chocolate can either be done in a microwave, or over a pan of boiling water.


Dip the balls into the chocolate and place on baking sheet to refrigerate until serving. These are best served slightly chilled, or I enjoy them straight from the freezer.
