Such a nice meal to end a long day with. This is a 'hug in a bowl' kind of meal. So yummy but full of veggy goodness!
Either on the go or at home with a nice black coffee. These are the absolute best! Banoffee is a firm favorite for me, as is Chocolate Orange, Cinnamon and Carrot Cake. How does Michelle get so much protein in these oats?!?!

I have gut health troubles, and so I am on a low FODMAP diet, which can be extremely difficult to navigate. I'm so glad theplantprep has multiple options I can enjoy, particularly the Buddha Bowl - I love it!
Genuinely the best oats I’ve ever eaten - and I’ve had a lot! Who knew they could be so delicious? I could happily eat these as a dessert!! They feel like such a treat but are so nutritious and great for your body. I’ll be thinking about the cinnamon bun ones for a long time!
Red Thai curry wouldn’t be my usual go to but after trying this, it definitely will be now. So much flavour in the sauce and the vegan chicken was an unexpected addition which added something a little extra. I’ve never had such convenient meals taste so fresh and so flavourful before having these ones!
I love noodles and always get kung pao tofu from the Chinese so was really excited to try this. It didn’t disappoint at all and completely exceeded my expectations. The perfect level of spice and a great combo of veggies!
